The notice period of the lease is calculated from the last day of the calendar month during which the termination has been made. The notice of moving out time is one full calendar month. Once we have received your notice of moving out, we will send a confirmation by email in few working days. NOTE! In family apartments and common agreements each tenant must give notice!

Preliminary apartment inspection and apartment showing permission(Pakollinen)

In accordance with terms of tenancy the preliminary inspection will be carried out pretty soon after submitting termination of the tenancy on weekdays (Mon-Fri) between 9am and 4pm. The maintenance workers will check the apartment for anything that needs maintenance or repairing and they will also assess the cleanliness of the apartment/room.
