The easiest way to apply for a Mikalo rental apartment is to fill in our online housing application.

Please fill in the application carefully and provide all the requested information. We use the information in your application when selecting tenants.

How the application process works

Mikalo offers apartments based on applications. When selecting tenants, we take into account factors such as housing need, income and assets. Not all available apartments are listed online, so we recommend submitting an application even if you cannot find a suitable apartment at the moment.

Your application is valid for 3 months. If you still need an apartment after that, you can renew your application by email or phone.

If a suitable apartment becomes available, we will normally contact you by email. Please let us know whether you accept or decline the offer. If you no longer need an apartment, please let us know so that we can remove your application.

Only your most recent application is valid. A new application replaces your previous one.

Attachments

We will ask you to provide the necessary documents before signing the rental agreement. The documents depend on your situation and may include information about:

• income
• assets and debts
• current housing situation
• studies or employment
• residence permit and passport

You do not need to send attachments with your application unless we specifically ask for them.

Students

Students can also apply for Mikalo’s student apartments. Students can submit an application up to 3 months before the apartment is needed.If you are applying for a shared apartment with another person, both applicants must submit their own application. Add the other applicant’s name to the Additional information field.
